We want you to be happy with your new social beverage. Below you'll find our policy if something didn’t go right.
To cancel an order:
We are happy to cancel any order that you've made online before the order ships. This order will simply be canceled and refunded. After orders have shipped, though, you'll need to return the product to us, unopened, and in its original packaging to receive a refund. We can not stop packages in-transit.
Damaged on arrival:
We understand that sometimes packages get damaged in transit, and it's not your fault. If this happens, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send photos of the package as it arrived, and be sure to save all the damaged packaging. UPS sometimes requires inspection. We will immediately re-dispatch your order, and will manage the damage claim directly with UPS.
How to initiate a return:
To return a product please follow this process to initiate your return:
- E-mail us at email@example.com or give a call at 646-872-7024.
- We'll confirm your return request eligibility.
- We will send you a return label for the package via email.
- Print the label and place it on the package.
- Drop the package with UPS.
- We will receive the package, process the return, and send you an email with refund details.
