Antioxidant Elixir 

  • 4 raspberries
  • 4 blackberries (can be swapped out for raspberries)
  • .75 oz (22 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) coconut water
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Seraphim Cassia Healthy + Happy blend
  • Muddle the berries in your glass, then fill your glass with ice.
  • Add the lemon juice, coconut water and Cassia. Stir gently and garnish with dehydrated citrus and fresh berries.

Calming Lavender

  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1.5 oz lavender tea
  • 2 oz Cacao Calm + Clear blend
  • 1-2 oz soda water
  • Garnish: fresh lavender sprigs and dehydrated orange

Seraphim Sour

  • 0.75oz lemon juice
  • 0.75oz lime juice
  • 1.25oz simple syrup
  • 0.5oz cinnamon tea
  • 0.5oz Seraphim Cassia Healthy + Happy blend
  • Add all ingredients (minus the Seraphim) to a shaker tin.  Shake and double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.  Float the Seraphim using the back of a bar spoon on top of mocktail.

 

Seraphim Sangria

  • 1/2 mixed cup raspberries + blackberries
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, sprig of fresh mint...muddle
  • Add 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 oz seltzer
  • 2 oz Seraphim Cacao Calm + Clear or Cassia Healthy + Happy blend and stir with ice
  • Garnish with berries, cherries + mint

  • 2 oz Seraphim Cassia Healthy + Happy blend
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 egg white
  • Combine into a dry shaker and shake vigorously 
  • Add ice
  • Strain into chilled cocktail glass
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon

Holiday Mulled Mocktail

  • 1 (750ml) bottle of Seraphim Cassia Healthy + Happy Blend
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 star anise
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 orange, sliced and quartered
  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir once.  Heat until blend almost reaches a simmer.  Strain ingredients.  Use fresh cinnamon sticks, star anise and orange slices to garnish.  Enjoy warm or cold in a mug or a fancy heat proof wine or high ball glass.

 

Seraphim Citrus+Mint Spritz

  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice (or 1 oz of either)
  • 3/4 oz honey, simple syrup (2 parts honey, one part water)
  • 1-2 oz of Seraphim Cassia Healthy + Happy blend
  • Add ice and mint sprigs into the shaker, shake vigorously double strain top with club soda.  Garnish with mint.

Seraphim Apple+Ginger Spritz

  • 1oz Seraphim Cacao Calm + Clear blend
  • 0.5oz pathfinder
  • 1oz sparkling apple juice(or sparkling n/a wine)
  • 1oz ginger beer
  • 1oz club soda.
  • Build drink in Collins glass. stir. Add ice, stir to chill. Garnish with an orange twist.

N/A Espresso Martini

  • 1.25oz espresso
  • 1oz Seraphim Cacao Calm + Clear blend
  • .75 Pathfinder N/A amaro
  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin.  Add ice and shake vigorously.  Double strain into coupe glass.  Garnish with a sprinkle of salt on foam.

  • 2.5 oz Seraphim Cacao Calm + Clear blend 
  • 1 oz chilled espresso  
  • 1.5 oz cream soda  
  • Cherry skewer for garnish
